I can't sign into Microsoft Office

I installed Microsoft Office on another computer, but when I try to sign in I'm told my user id doesn't exist. I know it's correct, I've been using it on my 1st computer for a year. My user id and password are the same that I was given by WITC when I started and haven't been changed.

I'm sorry you are having issues with your computer. WITC has a technology help desk that will be happy to assist you.
